Since 2013, Healthcentric Advisors has been leading the Diabetes Self-Management Program throughout Rhode Island. We’ve proudly helped over 500 Rhode Islanders gain valuable skills and knowledge to help them take control of their health and live a healthier life while living with Diabetes. We are sad to announce that after July we will no longer be offering this program.
It’s not too late to join! We have one more workshop before our time is up and hope you can help us spread the word. If you know anyone who is interested, please let them know of our upcoming, and final workshop.
