As of August 1, 2026, Healthcentric Advisors is providing Conflict-Free Case Management (CFCM) services previously provided through CareLink. Healthcentric Advisors has supported this work in partnership with CareLink, and this transition builds on the relationships and support already in place for participants.
CFCM provides case management support to Rhode Island elders and adults with disabilities who qualify for Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS). As part of Rhode Island’s statewide effort to make case management more person-centered, CFCM helps ensure that case management is provided independently from organizations delivering a participant’s direct services, giving participants greater choice and control over their care.
As a State of Rhode Island-certified CFCM agency, Healthcentric Advisors helps participants navigate their options, connect with services and community resources, and coordinate the supports they need to reach their goals.
For current participants, the transition has been designed to be seamless. Participants continue working with their Case Managers, and their eligibility, benefits, Person-Centered Plans, and the care and support they receive remain the same.
For more than 30 years, Healthcentric Advisors has worked to improve healthcare quality and strengthen communities. This expanded role builds on our existing CFCM work and our longstanding commitment to serving Rhode Islanders.
