Please join us in recognizing the extraordinary contributions of Lynne Driscoll, Assistant Vice President of Community Health at South County Health, as she prepares to retire on July 10.

For more than two decades, Lynne has been a driving force in advancing health care across Rhode Island. Beginning her career at South County Health as a cardiac nurse, she quickly became a visionary leader, driving key initiatives in case management, palliative care, and quality improvement. Her leadership extended to home health services, operations, and vital community partnerships that have improved countless lives.

Lynne’s impact has also been felt through her collaboration with Healthcentric Advisors. As a founding leader of the South County – Safe Care Transitions coalition, she helped build a strong network of nursing homes, home health agencies, physician practices, and community organizations. Her ability to unite stakeholders and solve complex challenges has greatly advanced our shared mission to support older adults and strengthen community health.

Lynne brought both expertise and deep personal commitment to every endeavor. Her integrity, insight, and dedication have left a lasting mark and will continue to inspire our work.
