This train-the-trainer toolkit is intended for providers to standardize and improve the care they give to patients with COPD. It includes a patient-facing booklet and self-management tools, as well as slides, videos, and data tracking tools. The target audience is clinicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and providers of patients with COPD.
There are additional materials available including a presentation, pre- and post-assessment forms, a training evaluation, hands-on inhaler training.
