Providence, RI – Healthcentric Advisors (HCA) is proud to announce that Marguerite McLaughlin, HCA’s Director of Education & Transformation, has been recognized in Providence Business News’ 2023 “Leaders and Achievers” awards. She was chosen for her exceptional leadership, achievements, community service, and mentoring.
At HCA, Ms. McLaughlin oversees impactful patient- and resident-focused interventions, quality improvement projects, grant programs, and policy changes. She has co-designed the innovative HATCh® Model for compassionate care, which has been implemented nationally across Veterans Health Administration facilities.
Outside of work, Ms. McLaughlin serves on numerous boards and volunteers extensively with groups assisting refugees, LGBTQ individuals, church communities, and the elderly. Her leadership, commitment to service, and passion for creating positive change have improved countless lives across Rhode Island.
