Healthcentric Advisors is honored to be the selected eLearning vendor supporting the Betsy Lehman Center’s development of a first-in-the-nation statewide curriculum on health care safety for Massachusetts. This is a key action step of the state’s Roadmap to Health Care Safety—a strategic plan that sets forth a vision and goals to propel investment, action, and transformative change on safety across the Commonwealth’s health care continuum.
As part of this visionary effort, our team is designing and developing courses that will build a shared foundation of knowledge around health care safety. The initial curriculum offerings will feature two main components: a foundational course for all health care roles and a series of five role-specific modules for board members, executive leaders, middle managers, frontline clinical staff and frontline non-clinical staff.
To maximize flexibility and adoption, we’re also developing facilitation guides and tools to support in-person and hybrid learning environments. By bringing together our instructional design expertise and patient safety leadership, we’re proud to contribute to a future where health care is safer for everyone in the Commonwealth.
