Diabetes Toolkit Training Course – CEU Credit
Our Diabetes Toolkit Training course offers education and tools for you to share with your patients and residents. You’ll find educational materials on self-management, medication, nutrition, exercise, sick day management, and Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)-endorsed wellness tips. These materials were developed with the Greater Providence Coalition’s Medication Safety Workgroup in partnership with members of the PFAC.
Participants who complete an evaluation will receive up to 0.1 CEUs (1 contact hours). This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Northeast Multi-State Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This CEU hour is valid until April 10, 2020.
