Marguerite McLaughlin

Ms. McLaughlin is an experienced, solution oriented, senior level administrator successful in guiding healthcare initiatives leading to improvement across nursing home and hospital settings. She is co-designer of the HATCh®️️ Model – a unique person centered framework developed under a CMS Pilot project that was deployed across the entire Veteran’s Administration Community Living Centers (VA CLC) to bring about compassionate care to patients and residents. Ms. McLaughlin oversees the implementation of patient/resident focused interventions, quality measures, projects, grants, and policies. She is skilled in developing and nurturing teams, networks, partnerships and developing meaningful collaborative relationships. She is an enthusiastic trainer, presenter, and curriculum content developer with expertise in instructional design and learning management system development.

Ms. McLaughlin serves as a trusted advisor and confidante to the Healthcentric Advisors executive team, board members, management, and staff. She inspires innovative solutions and collaborates with key stakeholders to transform underperforming programs to achieve results.

Karen D’Antonio, BS, RN, CDOE

Ms. D’Antonio has more than 20 years of nursing healthcare management experience that crosses multiple healthcare settings, including primary care and long-term care. She has experience in direct-care nursing, nurse care management, quality improvement, and project management. She is currently a Senior Quality Improvement Manager, supporting the Partnership for Community Health for Healthcentric Advisors’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) QIN-QIO contract, and she leads the Prevention and Chronic Disease Management efforts in New England.

Lynne Chase

Lynne Chase has over 30 years of experience in quality improvement, change management, and organizational development.
She has directed Healthcentric Advisors’ Care Coordination and Community Building efforts since 2009. In her role, she oversees contracts, mentors quality leaders, and leads a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, clinicians, and other quality improvement experts.
